Check-in time is 14:00. Arrivals before 14:00 will be accommodated upon room availability. For guaranteed early arrival we recommend to book the room for the date prior to arrival date.
Check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability. The extension of stay till 18:00 is charged extra 50% of the daily room rate, after 18:00 full price per night is charged.
Payments are settled in local currency UAH. We accept cash, bank transfer and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express.
Cancellation is free of charge is possible within 24 hours prior to the arrival. In case of reservation cancelled or modified on the day of arrival or no show, penalty amount for the first night will be charged.
Also, the terms of cancellation and payment may change, depending on the period of the reservation, the conditions of cancellation, in this case, will be written in the confirmation of the hotel reservation.
